Marfel was founded in 1946 in Felgueiras by two visionary partners, aiming to revolutionise the textile industry. They established two clothing brands, Triple Marfel and Rosa Negra, which quickly became national benchmarks in shirt making.
Marfel later expanded into Ketten knitwear, extending its expertise to the sportswear, footwear, and automotive industries. While specialising in high-quality shirt making, which has become its core business and a major driver of success, Marfel also produces blouses, pyjamas, skirts, and dresses, serving both retail and Private Label markets.
With over 40 clients worldwide, it maintains a strong presence in the USA, France, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
Operating from an 8,000-square-metre facility with 180 employees, Marfel is known for its expertise, commitment, and passion.
