Changzhou Henglun Textile Co., Ltd. , a professional high-tech company founded in 2003 with annual capacity more than 20,000 tons (including Vietnam factory), is a domestic leader in knitted denim fabric development and production in China. Our main products are knitted denim, piece dyed knitted fabrics, as well as print knitted fabrics. To explore overseas market, a second state-of-the-art denim mill specialized in producing knitted denim has been successfully built in 2019 and put into production in Vietnam in 2020.
Adhering to the concept of low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection, we have brought in advanced production equipment from Germany, the United States, Japan, Switzerland and other countries, such as Morrison Rope dyeing machine, circular knitting machine, high temperature gas-liquid dyeing machine, normal temperature dyeing machine, Monfongs setting machine, pre-shrinking machine, napping machine, etc. We own a complete industrial chain which integrating yarn dyeing, greige dyeing, knitting and finishing. The indexes of products are ahead of the domestic industry level.
We always take technological innovation as a motive force, conduct production and research cooperation in deepth, and work closely with our strategic business partners, such as TORAY, INVISTA, LENZING, HYOSUNG, etc. A series of high-technology, new functional, ecological, comfortable, fashionable high-ends fabrics have been developed & won recognition very quickly in markets, especially on low-carbon & zero carbon series, anti-Bacteria & anti-Virus, organic series, moisture heating series, super soft series, cooling series etc.
With strong product development capacity and supporting production capacity, stable product quality and excellent services, we have won a good market reputation, formed a stable customer base and became a number of domestic and foreign brand customers designated fabric suppliers. We have built long-term business relationships with UNIQLO, TARGET, ONLY, GUESS, C&A, TOMMY, UR, PEACEBIRD and other international brands.
We put a high value on quality management system and our lab has obtained certificate from Uniqlo. We have established a scientific management system according to the requirement of modern enterprise and its actual conditions, successfully passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system, and ISO14001 environment management system. We became a member of the HIGG Sustainable Apparel Coalition after the production environment assessment. Our products have obtained Oeko-Tex Standard 100, GRS, OCS and DETOX certificates and we are keeping on devoting ourselves to sustainable development together with our strategic partners.
